Every home comes with its own set of environmental and structural factors that lead to a wide array of energy efficiency needs. That’s why we’ve created this impressive menu of products and services to choose from. Our online quote builder will allow you to determine which are best for you and your house.
Attic Insulation
The Department of Energy recommends 18″ to 22″ of attic insulation with a total R-Value between 49 and 60. We can help you understand the differences between Fiberglass Insulation, Cellulose Insulation and Batt Insulation.
Radiant Barrier
A Radiant Barrier can reduce summer attic temperature by up to 40°. Keeping that radiant heat away from your ceiling and ducts will dramatically reduce your monthly utility bills and increase your home’s overall energy efficiency. Based on the average temperature of your region and your current energy efficiency rating, choose between Radiant Barrier Spray or Radiant Barrier Foil.
Attic Ventilation
The US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development recommends three vents per 1000 square feet of attic space. We will calculate your home’s current ventilation status, install soffit vents to provide intake ventilation and help determine which of our 6 types of roof vents fit your specific energy efficiency needs.
Air Sealing
Doors, windows and ducts are all often over-looked causes of leaking air, temperature and cash. Our specialized diagnostic equipment will precisely determine your home’s ability to keep air where it belongs. We’ll perform Blower Door Test and Seal, Duct Efficiency Test and Seal as well as install weatherstripping and caulking.
Low Income Weatherization
Find out if you qualify for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program, which provides cost-effective energy efficiency measures for low-income families as well as an all-around safety check.
